Eligibility
Any Wise Vitality Inc. campaign is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
– Must be 18 years or older.
– Must be a resident of Canada.
– Employees and immediate family members of Wise Vitality Inc. are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
Each Campaign begins on the start date and end date specified in the social media post. All entries must be received during this time frame.
Winner Selection:
The winner(s) will be selected through a random drawing from eligible entries within the entry period.
Prizes:
The prize(s) for the Campaign will be described in each social media post. Winners(s) agree to seek the advice of an appropriate health care professional before taking any supplement won during the campaign.
Notification:
The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 48 hours after the winner selection has been made. The winner(s) must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize.
Publicity Release:
By participating in the Campaign, participants grant Wise Vitality Inc. permission to use their names, images, and content shared in connection with the Campaign for promotional purposes.

Liability Release:
By entering the Campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wise Vitality Inc. from any liability, claim, loss, injury, or damage arising out of their participation in the Campaign or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy:
Wise Vitality Inc. will collect and use personal information provided by participants solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law:
This Campaign is governed by the laws of Ontario and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario for any disputes.
